The firm / People and experience

An entrepreneur through experience.
A lawyer in practice.

The law matters, but understanding how a business works and what a decision means for its owner matters just as much.

I understand business from the inside.

For years, I made business decisions myself and was responsible for their consequences. I became particularly familiar with the construction industry. I know business through many years of hands-on experience — not just through legal codes and textbooks.

When I speak with a client, I want to understand not only their legal problem, but also what they want to achieve, what resources they have and what risks they can accept. Only then do I look for a legal solution.

I see the law as a tool for solving problems, not an end in itself. The question is not only “can we?”, but also “is it worthwhile, and what are the consequences?”.

How we work

To the point.
Accountable.

Being a family firm means personal responsibility for our work together, not a complex organisational structure.

In a small team, direct contact, speed of action, efficient coordination and continuity matter.Behind the quality of our service are people whose own names are on the line.

Direct contact.

You speak with someone who knows your case and takes part in the decisions about it. We turn clear agreements into concrete actions.

Continuity.

We get to know your business context and build on earlier discussions. We develop a relationship in which you do not have to start from scratch every time.

Personal responsibility.

Our own names stand behind our work. That is why we prioritise diligence, clear communication and attention to the details of your matter.
